İŞ TANIMI
This role is responsible for providing overall administrative support to employees, supporting office coordination and needs as such.
Essential Responsibilities
-Administrative duties such a phone coverage, call screening, memos and letters
-Plan, schedule and arrange business meetings
-Maintain passport and visa documents
-Reconcile expense reports and deliver them to necessary parties
-Make travel arrangements, plane booking, car rentals, hotel room and restaurant booking, route instructions.
-Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets
-Organize PS regional team events
-Collect proposals from hotels, restaurants, shuttle companies
-Prepare documents for meetings such as booklets, posters, name tags etc.
-Maintain email distribution lists
-Manage PO system for minor purchases
-Purchase and distribution of gifts
-Stationary purchases
-Purchase of promotional material
-Follow up letters, correspondences, internal external,
-Maintain courier records and arrange shipment of docs
-Maintain contact with facility management
-Backup Executive Assistant
