We are looking for a “Supply Chain Manager” for our client operating in Feed Production sector, with the qualifications below;
 

• University degree preferably Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance and Engineering.
• Advanced level of English. Second language is preferable.
• Knowledge of supply management combined with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Ability to acquire and maintain the technical understanding of the products purchased.
• Leadership skills, team work, communication, coordination, negotiation skills and analytical ability.
• Understands customer requirements and the impact of inventory management
• Have no obstacle to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Plan, coordinate, perform and monitor the acquisition of raw materials, ensure supply needs of the company at the lowest cost, with the highest quality at the right time.
• Manage and control recordings in system databases related to the suppliers and materials. Make needed updates in master data, propose improvements in the procedures.
• Manage the purchasing processes in line with group purchasing risk management and supplier & raw material approval requirements.
• Analyze and compare proposals from suppliers in terms of final cost, negotiate, make contracts with quality requirements, control the entrances of agreements, Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders into the system. Close contracts.
• Monitor and analyze raw material market dynamics, developments, tendencies, collect all relevant info from market to inform management propose action plans and take needed actions in advance where needed.
• Search, select and maintain strategic and reliable suppliers and built long term business relationships and partnerships.
• Search and find new and alternative raw materials, other materials and sources of supplies. Manage the related project steps. Develop and implement continuous improvement of the purchase projects.
• Plan and coordinate the training and development of purchasing personnel.
• Control and ensure the continuity of the requirements of certifications related to supply chain processes.
• Control the adequacy of supplies of raw materials according to the supply plan from the needs of the company.
• Represent the company in those sectors, intergroup or suppliers where necessary, ensuring the interests of company.
• Collaborate by calculating standard cost of raw materials, in the calculation of standard cost of manufactured products. Controls the costing elements updates in the system.
• Manage and control the processes of surveyor companies for raw materials.
• Conduct audits to suppliers both local and global.
• Calculation and analysis of coverage. Report regularly the current risk and coverage situation, propose related actions.
• Plans and manage all legal permissions and custom procedures needed for all imported raw material and indirect materials contacting with the customs authorities.
• Control, manage and optimize supply chain operations including transportation and delivery activities of materials purchased both locally and globally.
