For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a
Training and Development Manager to be based in
YILPORT Holding Headquarter in
Maslak.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred)
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must; a second language (Spanish, Portugese) is preferred
- Have minimum 10 years’ experience as an HR professional preferably expert in training and development and talent development
- Have experience in Learning Management System (preferably SAP) and Training Academy
- Technical proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP)
- Proven record of presentation (preparation and delivery) writing, reporting and research skills
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines
- A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description
- Is business acumen, have global and cultural awareness, and excellent relationship management
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals from various countries, cultures and levels
- Have a sense of humour and positive approach
- Reside in or willing to relocate to European side
- Able to travel abroad and in Turkey when required
- Completed military service for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
Training & Development Manager will be responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This role assesses organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. The role actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to train, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Training and Development Manager will report to the HR Executive Director at the HQ and is expected to cooperate and collaborate with the HR Business Partners in different locations and companies across borders as well as other members of management. The role will be based in Maslak, Istanbul.

Responsibilities- Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
- Propose training and development programs and objectives
- Prepare and implement training budget
- Develop and monitor the training cost with respect to departmental budget
- Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Train and coach line managers and function leaders and others involved in employee development efforts
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards, intranets and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Modify training programs as needed
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization in each and every training delivered
