İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Billing Assurance Executive/Senior Analyst with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Billing Assurance Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Establishing the necessary control mechanism for timely and accurate generation of the customer/subscriber invoices, and carrying out detailed and analytic reports following the billing process and transmitting these reports to the relevant departments.
Establishing coordination between the related work units
Responsible for setting up and performing billing assurance tool e.g. Rating Billing Validation
Providing the necessary billing support in new upcoming projects
Follow up Service Quality between other department (SLA) compliance
Reporting the problems and errors occurring during the billing process, and publishing these reports
Executing the projects related to the Billing Assurance Management, and carrying out the impact analysis studies for the projects initiated by the other units
Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library
Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
