GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Vodafone, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, has mobile operations in 26 countries (partnering with mobile networks in 55 more) and fixed broadband operations in 17 markets, serving 446 million mobile customers and 12 million fixed broadband customers around the world. Vodafone is strongly committed to lead the digital transformation in the Turkish Market, where the company has been operating and investing heavily since 2006.
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for Legacy and Siebel CRM systems and Siebel Marketing Application
  • Attend design  meetings for new projects and report issues if necessary
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident and error handling for systems
  • Analyse new/upcoming technologies and to evaluate their impacts on current systems/environment
  • Provide assistance in new projects during following stages : designing, initiation, operation 
  • Quality assurance of new and existing CRM projects
  • Assurance of predefined KPIs for CRM systems
  • Following up on reported defects within predefined SLA; making sure it is solved within predefined SLA
  • Running  analytical troubleshooting techniques on the  systems/modules  that malfunctioned
  • Gathering required data and logs for the analysis; making sure defect is opened with required information
  • Operational support of CRM systems on 7*24 basis to provide continuous IT services availability and issue resolution.
  • Periodic monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
  • Create necessary alarms for new projects
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
  • Ensure that VFTR  BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans  implemented and works carried out in compliance with   BS 25999
 


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a  
CRM Operations Expert  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to 
CRM Operations Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                               
  • Responsible for performing application monitoring and  performance tuning of released product and services
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of transactions
  • Creating new alarms for new products and services and take necessary action when triggered
  • Providing required information for defects, following up on defects within predefined SLA
  • Solving Fault cases reported by Cops within predefined SLA
  • Performing necessary tests on preproduction before releases
  • Responsible for KPI reports
