SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering is required.
• Excellent command of English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Excellent planning and documentation skills
• Solid knowledge of software and database technologies (.Net, MSSQL)
• Extensive experience with Web Services, REST, Layered Software Architecture, Microsoft .NET Technologies, MS SQL Server
• Target oriented & analytical thinking
• At least 5 years of experience on team management of more than 20 team members
• Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
• Desire & willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts & methodologies
• Promoting others by sharing expertise, coaching & mentoring

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyzing new software projects including mockups and design principals
• Managing of a team of developers and testers to produce software products while considering budget limitations
• Preparing concepts of documentation processes for software products
• Releasing software products by coordinating all parties while considering release and support processes
