QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What Are the Desired Experience and Skills?- 2-4 years of professional experience in management consultancy, financial advisory or insurance companies. In either case, insurance experience is a very strong asset.
- A degree with strong academic track record from business administration, economics or engineering departments of leading universities
- Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills is a must. A basic understanding on insurance company financials is an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills for proper coordination of the initiatives that Strategy & Marketing team is responsible for. Ability to ensure credibility with senior management.
- Commercial & strategic mindset with self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent command of English.
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking for a professional with the ambition to be a member of our Strategy & Marketing team here in Zurich Insurance Turkey. This role will report to Strategy & Marketing Manager and will work on different initiatives owned by Strategy & Marketing office, ranging from governance processes support, senior management level presentations/reports/analyses, research and analytics on internal & external performance metrics and other special topics. This position is expected to bring an analytical and creative skill set to deal with strategic issues for Zurich Turkey.
What is Expected from This Role? - Take an active role on all initiatives/projects that Strategy & Marketing team is responsible for.
- Prepare in-depth internal performance analyses and presentations based on the needs of Executive Committee.
- Support local governance processes via follow-up of actions in the agenda of the Zurich Turkey Executive Committee.
- Support Regional governance processes (i..e preparation to quarterly ‘Business Reviews’ and ‘Board of Directors’ meetings, follow-up of actions stemming out from these meetings).
- Prepare product & service benchmarks, examine best practices in the market.
- Conduct primary & secondary research as needed, support product development processes.
