Assembly Test Engineer

BSH Home Appliances is searching for an Assembly Test Engineer to be employed inÇerkezköy Plants with the following qualifications:  
 

• University degree in Electrical&Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering,
• Fluency in English language,
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in related fields,
• Knowledge of Simatic Manager HMIs Microsoft Office Application, Visual Basic C++ PLC,
• Experience in electrical and automation systems, PLC, Drives, HMIs,
• Analytical minded, creative, good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy.

İŞ TANIMI

• Production and assembly of products according to determined plan, process flow/standards and specification with effective use of sources.Sustaining daily production in order to keep high quality and productivity,
• To be responsible from all functional test systems related processes and equipments of all 3 lines;
• Realization & coordination of Inline Control Panel Assembly, Programming, Testing production, quality, productivity, ratio target.
• Variant management and Variant order responsible for Control Panel production,
• Responsible for PU programming stations and Robot Vision Systems(Oscillating System and Main Assembly),
• Responsible for personal development and management of the blue collar workers in production line,
• Coordination and implementation of autonomous maintenance activities,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of process improvement and simplification activities
