QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing HR Center of Excellence, we are looking for a 'HR Business Partner' to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.
  • University graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Human Resources Management fields in English,
  • Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a multinational company,
  • Proven records of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, training and development, career and succession planning and employment law,
  • Fluency in English is a must. Second language (Spanish) will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP (SuccessFactor module) is preferred,
  • Excellent communication, team orientation, stakeholder management and business literacy skills,
  • Have an easy going and positive approach, be resillient when needed, and have a sense of humor,
  • Strong conflict management skills,
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude,
  • Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address and resolve competitive, complex business issues,
  • Proactively take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation,
  • Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
  • Reside in European side of Istanbul is preferred.


İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to HR Director, HR Business Partner will support business functions at YILDIRIM Holding to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development of the business units.Acts as asingle and primary point of contact between the business functions and Holding’s HR Center of Excellence Team to assess human resources needs in areas such as recruitment, on-boarding, organizational development (performance management, training & development, career and succession planning) employee relations & employee engagement and employer branding.

Recruitment & Onboarding  
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process local and international white collar roles (placing advertisements online, reviewing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews in Turkish and English, conducting competency based interviews and reference checks etc.)
  • Develop a recruitment strategy that aids in filling vacancies efficiently and with the best candidate via utilizing different mediums to recruit. i.e. social media, industry networking,  internal references and cooperation with the universities etc.
  • Develop onboarding process and execute orientation programs for all new employees
 
Organizational Development  
  • Cooperate with all business units to execute the Performance Management program for all employees
  • Collaborate with all business unit managers to identify succession needs and to develop action plans to address those needs
  • Assist with identifying competency and skills based training needs of the employees
  • Organize the training and development programs in-cooperation with line managers and service providers
Employee Relations & Employee Engagement  
  • Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer oriented approach at all levels
  • Execute disciplinary process when required in an effective manner for white collar employees
  • Generate creative ideas in organizing employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization
Employer Branding  
  • Embrace a targeted approach and collaborate with the vocational schools and universities to promote employer branding and to acquire young talents for the organization (participating in the career days, sector days, sponsoring target events, organizing sites visits)
  • Assist in the execution of the project oriented internship program in a timely manner (including cooperation with the universities and vocational schools etc.)
Compensation & Benefits / HR Operations  
  • Provide support for the C&B processes such as expatriate management, workload analysis, norm staff analysis, etc.
  • Prepare and keep track of Headcount plan and budget and work in cooperation with the business unit managers accordingly
  • Take an active role in the SAP implementation project (SuccessFactor), analyze and redesign the existing processes
HR Performance & Analytics 
  • Provide and prepare support in the preparation of monthly/quarterly HR related reports and presentations
  • Take an active role as a gatekeeper in the development and execution of HR processes and programs
  • Take an active role in conducting research of the strategic HR and new trends/programs that can be applicable for the organization
  • Closely track HR KPIs (key performance indicators) and inform related parties regularly

Preferred Candidate

7 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
