• Completed degree to Dipl.-Ing (BA/FH/Bachelor) Mechanical engineering, engineering, production or similar or many years of relevant technical experience (2K injection molding) in the Poppe Veritas Group
• Professional experience of > 5 years in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of production, production technology, logistics concepts and lean management
• Knowledge in IE, REFA methodologies, MTM, business contexts
• Knowledge in automatic control engineering (sensors and actuators)
• Good knowledge of PEP processes
• Knowledge in statistical procedures
• Design knowledge and CAD basics
• Knowledge in electrical and control technology
• Knowledge in P-FMEA
• Experience in personnel management
• Experience in project management

İŞ TANIMI

• Timely provision of all relevant technical documentation for purchase (specifications, FMEA's and documentation for process approval)
• Compliance with technical specifications in requirements and specifications as well as process instructions [VA 43].
• Ensuring the sustainable integration of the work and production systems in the production areas in compliance with the production-relevant target values.
• Comparison of new innovative manufacturing methods with existing processes with the aim of continuous enrichment
• Analysis of the calculated cost of production and optimization of the specifications for the work systems
• On-time deployment of all production-relevant documentation.
• Testing of work and production systems under series conditions
• Documentation of the target/actual comparison at time point 2TP
• Professional and organizational leadership of the team members
• Promotion of a task-oriented qualification of employees
• Compliance with the given cost budget
• Responsible for quality as well as the adherence to the work safety, energy and environmental regulations for the work systems
