- University degree (MBA degree is a plus)
- Experience in marketing/ product management field ( 4+ years)
- Retention, churn and up/cross sell activities is a plus
- Project management and strong analytical thinking skills
- Familiar with BI reporting tools (Business Objects, etc..)
- Excellent command of MS Office applications
- Multi-task management

We are seeking a Base Marketing Senior Associate Manager - Residential with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Base Marketing Manager-Residential Segm. of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Role Purpose: Contribute Residential subscriber base marketing churn & migration strategy with the aim to achieve superior customer satisfaction and to maximize revenue by increasing customer lifetime
- Responsabilities:
- Define lifecycle framework and plan the actions in each phase of the life cycle such as welcome, recommitment and migration
- Make the business analysis with Finance and other parties, ensure churn impacts and cooperate with relevant parties
- Make detailed analysis on churn drivers from campaign and activity results, research and customer channels to define churn strategy
- Design and enrich new tracks contributing to churn
- Drive the BTL marketing plan: prepare base marketing activities schedule/calendar in a consolidated plan and ensure the delivery of the plans on time
- Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives i.e: channel owners, product, pricing & campaign management team
- Collaborate with Partner Management team to extend channels and monitor channel performance regularly
