QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'TEST & QUALITY MANAGER' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Power Product Division; Insulation and Components, in Tuzla location with below qualifications;
The candidate will be responsible for;
- University degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering is preferable)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Solid organizational and managerial skills,
- Military obligation completed for male candidates,
- No obstacle to travel in or out of Turkey.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will be responsible for;
- Lead the team focused on improving product quality and performance
- Oversees weekly and monthly quality reports and proposes improvement activities as necessary with the engineering department
- Monitors and reviews progress and suggests corrections in order to meet the key performance indicators targets
- Ensures product tests are performed to obtain certification by standards authorities
- Defines, monitors, and proposes improvement plans for Key Performance Indicators
- Cooperates with internal teams to assess new suppliers and periodically evaluate supplier performance.
- Tests and Validates new component prototypes and ensures traceability of supplier test certificates
- Ensures the quality control of incoming materials and components.

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
