QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Minimum B Class Safety Specialist Certificate
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
• Living (or willing to live) in Çorlu / Tekirdağ
İŞ TANIMI
• Support execution and coordination SHE activities in the related factory
• Support developing a behavioral safety system in all units in the factory. Providing required support and doing regular controls
• Keep all necessary records safety and security issues and support conducting monthly safety meetings
• Following SHE budget
• Coordination of all necessary trainings about all safety issues to increase employee awareness among whole factory personnel and coordinating necessary external trainings
• Determining necessary personnel protective equipment for the employees, supplying these equipment and securing the usage of these equipment by the employees by giving training and doing regular controls across the factory
• Following the SHE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time
• Support the preparation of safety and environmental incident reports, conduct incident investigations and complete necessary corrective actions
• In order to increase the SHE awareness among the employees using all visual or written communication channels. Composing visual SHE boards and keeping them up to date
• When necessary be in contact with local legal authorities (Fire dept, police, e.g.)
• Coordinating OHSAS: 18001 system documentation and application in factory
• Support maintaining full compliance with all Unilever framework standards and Legal requirements about SHE issue
• Supports implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation
• Participating external and internal audits, coordinating necessary activities and informing relevant people in the organization
• Applying risk assessments for all Factories and out of Office organizations and keep them update
• Coordinate emergencies by fulfilling the requirements of the regulations applicable nationally and internationally
