Transportation Planner

• University degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Logistics
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions in Logistics / Planning
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• SAP or any ERP system knowledge is preferable
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for planning deliveries that are already created in SAP using OTM tool (Shipment Planning ERP system)
• Transport planners use OTM for creation and updating of all transportation operations, including both shipment plans created automatically via automatic bulk run or manual planning
• Analyze order releases (deliveries) in OTM(Shipment Planning ERP system) for manual shipment planning
• Create/update/check/correct the shipments then if the bulk run results meet the business requirements in terms of truck type, truck weight/pallet capacity, service provider and shipment cost
• Approve the shipments in OTM (Shipment Planning ERP system) and assure the flow to SAP
• Make sure the shipment is in SAP and start the execution and warehousing operations
• Managing shipment cancellation and shipment details such as equipment type and service provider depending on the truck availability
