QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
-Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration etc.
-Min. 5 years experience of in logistics companies as a manager with P&L responsibility,
-Fluent in English,
-No military obligation for male candidates,
-KPI management to meet the terms of contract and DHL expectations.
-Plan goods acceptance and delivery regarding the daily customer estimates.
-Closely monitor the daily operation.
-Material planning regarding the daily customer estimates and warehouse management.
-Lead to change management.
-Customer and customer demand&expectation management
-Build and develop the team by task acquisition planning.
-Activity cost controlling and management.
-Contribute the culture of continuous&process improvement in the company.
-Organize business plan and follow-up the direct reports.
