Chassis Design Specialist

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering,
• Good level in English
• CAD (UG Nx), MS Office knowledge
• Experienced in automotive R&D
• Experienced in 3D design model  and 2D with UG Nx  and FEM tools will be asset
• Knowledge for  automotive Chassis and Vehicle Dynamics Systems (Suspention,Steering and Brake)
• No restriction for travelling for short term /long term  international travel
• Willing to participate overseas and national sources projects
• Willing to live in Bursa.

İŞ TANIMI

• Carry out commodity design, modification activities for current and new projects with respect to design standards
• Generate technical specifications, drawings of product and product card
• Carry out the release of desing models (3D, 2D) in compliant with vehicle architecture
• To ensure the completeness/availability of all documents necessary for sourcing start-up (Sourcing Package) and to keep them up to date and consistent with sourcing closing.
• To provide engineering support in problem solving and diagnostic activities at the assembly plant from pilot phase through launch for new and current projects
• To ensure the completeness/availability of all documents necessary for tooling release.
• Ensure the commodity or system validation requirements and  coordinate the performing of validaiton (virtual /physical) requirements for tecnical approval and qualifications 
• Coordinate R&D internal and external related units for current /new projects
• Carry out the cost improvement and benchmarking facilities in relevant  dicipline
• Carrying out benchmarking, competitive analysis, monitoring technology and know-how of suppliers through technical meetings.
• Follow the technological innovation and technique of their own discipline to ensure the company the right level of expertise.
