Good communication skills
Graduate from Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to work in shift environment
To have intermediate or advance level of English.
Abilitiy to use Touchpoint ,Traffica, Tektronix , Maximo Tools
Ability to perform analysis and diagnosis on complex networking problems

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a NOC Enterprise Monitoring and NCM Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting NOC Enterprise Monitoring and NCM Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Perform enterprise &VIP customer monitoring and enterprise cell performance alarms monitoring via touchpoint or north-i
Proactive Enterprise Customer Complaints Performance Management(alarm monitoring)
Close the RAN&CORE trouble tickets, assigned by COPS and other Level 1 via Maximo
COPS ticket handling & Fault Management
Manage effective and strong relations with all the internal and external stakeholders to improve the performance of the Monitor
