QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience in Cisco IOS
  • Ability to analyze network problems
  • Ability to make configuration changes on CPN Network elements
  • Very good skills in understanding TCP/IP & data networking specifications.
  • Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline
  • Good technical background of IP network technologies
  • Experience in IP Network toubleshooting activities
  • Basic understanding of Data network Security.
  • Basic understanding of GSM, GPRS, VoIP & Signaling.                                         
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Technical qualification in a network related subject and relevant accreditations from network supplier
  • Hands-on experience with router and switch configuration produced by various vendors


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an IP CPN 1st Level Operation Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to IP CPN 1st Level Operation Specialist  of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
  • To set and achieve KPIs and SLAs of CPN&PS&FIX Monitoring and 1st line
  • To follow up network availability and reliability, take measurements if necessary
  • To find and localize PS Core, CPN and FIX network problems and contact with responsible
  • To inform L2 staff to get support
  • To give information to other departments about problems and outages
  • To follow up CRM and Fault Management cases

Preferred Candidate

Less than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
