QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, Programming, Industrial Engineering and related Information Technologies.
3+ years of Telecom industry experience
Good understanding of IT environment and infrastructure in mobile telecommunications industry
Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL
Experienced in Telecom CRM, Billing, Charging systems
Products and offers knowledge of Siebel, OSM, Tibco systems
Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business
Good understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Agile Solutions Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Agile Solutions - CBU Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Responsible for analysing business requests and projects from products/services perspective and applying CRM and Billing&Charging configurations related platforms.
Develop preventive actions of incorrect product & service configuration and develop best practices of End2End configuration management process within the application areas.
Create new solutions for manuel processes and develop an automated version for as is product configuration.
