Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager  for our head office,

• University degree at Civil Engineering
• Min 10 years experience in Construction sector.
• At least 5 years business development experience in bridge, viaduct projects.
• Excellent planning and coordination of site works
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to travel in Turkey and other countries if necessary
• Good communication and personal skills
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• B class driving license
    

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking projects and carrying out the business development activities
• Determining the business development strategies
• Planning and carrying out the activities related to the procurement or leasing of the machinery/equipment and materials required in the projects
• Preparing the project budget and submitting it to the approval of the executives, revising it as needed
• Determining the other project objectives, creating the action plans necessary to meet the targets. Predicting the calculable risks or opportunities, preparing solutions against them, taking precautions beforehand.
• Being primarily responsible for the execution of the works related to Contract Management against Employer/Employer’s *Representative and the engineer.
• Evaluating and responding the suggestions, requests and complaints of the Employer.
