QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Sn.Specialist-Retail with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Retail Efficiency&Excellence Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Increase the performance of retail sales channels, through Retail Efficiency analysis and reporting per Store. 
  • Generate new projects to enhance Customer Experience in Stores 
  • Enable in-Store digital tools for best in class Digitalised Retail
  • Drive the regional sales teams and retail staff for high NPS (Net Promoter Score)
  • Maintain Service-in-Retail excellence through in store service process standardisation 
  • Adopt best global retail practices to the local level in connection with VF Group
  • Coordinate retail & trade marketing Agencies for the execution of digitalisation actions
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience in stores
  • Specify the budgetary needs to actualise planned projects, make optimum use of the budget.
  • Facilitate location based retail analysis for the best Point of Sales actions in the field 


İŞ TANIMI

  • BSc. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Minimum 2 years of total experience in sales or marketing departments
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance business relations both externally and internally
  • Specific experience in sales channels management (retail, reseller, distributor, wholesaler, etc)
  • Customer oriented mind-set and customer experience focus
  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical skills and problem solving capabilities 
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Potential to embrace Vodafone way of Working (Speed, Simplicity, Turst)
  • No restriction for mobility
  • B Class driving licence
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)

Preferred Candidate

2 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
