Destination Manager

DETUR

·         Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities,
·         Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality business,
·         Preferably with working experience in a  foreign destination,
·         Very good command of English,
·         Very good command of MS Office Applications,
·         Teamwork oriented, proactive and self motivated,
·         Ability to travel and accommodate abroad,
·         Able to work in flexible hours,
·         No military obligation for male candidates
·         ‘’B’’ class driving licence required

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for team members for the position of abroad destination manager  to be reporting to Detur Group’s Antalya head office ; 
·         To manage all the hotel contracting process workflow with an action plan, covering contracting, factsheet and supplying introduction materials and managing customer complaints in destinations within Europe ,Africa and Asia.
·         To follow up the occupancies of hotels and flights, to take actions periodically,
·         To take effective actions for Detur operations by following up sectoral dynamics,
·         To manage and enhance all the reporting process with the outputs helpful for all functions.
