• Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a business or technical discipline
• Prior experience in similar job
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) preferred
• Proven working experience technical business analyst role
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in capital equipment, facility start-ups and product launches is preferred
• Results oriented, team player with strong work ethic
• Strong working of project management tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Scorecards etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and engaging diverse functions
• Experience in wind industry is preferred but not required.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide all input for business cases for new customers, products and strategies
• Input includes all phases of a project for start-up, including land and building costs, storage costs, CAPEX, Production and labor costs, Bill of Materials, Operating costs etc.
• Prepare operational business cases and scenarios with recommendations – combining technical, operational and financial analyses
• Ensure that the assumptions for key technical contributors like ramp-ups, CAPEX etc . is consistent and data driven
• Prepare consistent and standardized templates for key input parameters
• Coordinate data gathering and sharing with broader organization
• Scenario analyses for business cases with report outs and recommendations
• Variance analyses for business cases as necessary.
