• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience in marketing field
• Product lifecycle management knowhow

• Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products

We are seeking a Fixed & Convergence Product Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Fixed & Convergence Product Snr. Manager  of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• To contribute to the strategy and design of fixed and converged  bulk capacity products portfolio (Red Fiber Internet, Red Fiber VPN) by ensuring that Vodafone has the most customer obsessed portfolio for all segments.
• To manage full life cycle of Fixed Corporate products in his/her responsibility area to increase the market share of Vodafone Turkey EBU.
• To coordinate with Pre-sale and Solutions teams for tailoring connectivity products appropriate to Corporate customers, along with finalization of customized propositions to this Corporate segment.
• To be in contact with VF Group Enterprise team and synchronize products portfolio with Group strategic guidelines.
• To coordinate with Finance & Regulatory teams a continuous check mechanism in order to ensure that fixed infrastructure’s wholesale pricing gives room to maintain a level of competitiveness in end-user pricing. 
• To coordinate with Fixed and Mobile Network teams to design commercial products by using new technologies and abilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the products from concept phase to retirement in an environment of continuous improvement through ownership of the product specifications, business case, development roadmaps and support material.
• Manage the execution of product proposition plan and helps to take actions in order to optimize the product performance in market.
• Cooperate with Technology, Customer Operations and Customer Experience teams  to provide input to ensure successful operations and customer care for the products developed.
• Closely watch market trends and create continuous awareness on changes, new trends organization-wise.
• Ensure activities executed are aligned with budget allocated for the fiscal year.
• Manage the product development budget
