     * Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
     * Excellent command of English
     * Good knowledge in MS Office Applications, SAP / Spridon knowledge will be an asset
     * Analytical thinking, problem solving and good communication skills are required

For our Healthcare Company in Kartal we are looking for a Project Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing Healthcare projects according to Siemens Project Management Guidelines. The position will report to Commercial Head of Project Management in Siemens Healthineers Turkey.

What are my responsibilities?
     * Perform commercial, administrative and financial duties relating to equipment sales in Healthcare
     * Conduct project-specific commercial follow-up in line with local GAAP requirements, IFRS regulations, Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and Healthcare-specific guidelines
     * Perform project-related period-end closing activities and ensure that project results are disclosed in financial statements in an accurate and timely manner
     * Create and process customer orders in SAP, ensure accurate and up-to-date project plan in ERP system
     * Perform plan vs. actual project cost analysis and report deviations through respective reporting tools (NCC)
     * Process requests for purchase orders and supplier invoices in line with project calculation
     * Follow up project financing and ensure existence of financial clarification for approval of equipment delivery
     * Coordinate equipment delivery to customer site, in alignment with respective Project Manager and Supply Chain Management, Sales, etc
     * Issue invoices, follow up HQ credit notes, collect tax incentive documents from customers
     * Ensure timely and full cash collection related to projects, maintain and clear customer accounts
     * Follow up and collect customer handover documents
     * Feed and maintain internal order monitoring tool on a regular basis
     * Provide input to monthly revenue and cash flow estimates
     * Coordination with customers/financing bodies, etc. to successfully complete the projects on time and at defined quality
