• Bachelors' Degree in  Industrial Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• Sales and marketting processes experience is preferable,
• Minimum 3 years of process management experience is preferable,
• Minimum 3 years experience in businesss anaylsis is preferable,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Visio and MS Project,
• Ability to travel abroad,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

İŞ TANIMI

Arcelik Group is looking for a Specialist - System Development who will work for Commercial International System Development Department.

• Responsibe for International Sales & Marketing processes in global Arçelik organisation,
• To design the processes in  International Sales& Marketting in line with targets and strategies of the company with a global point of view,
• To carry out activities for process improvement and monitoring in headquarter  and subsidiaries,
• Setting global standards and managing the exceptions in processes in countries,
• To run change management activities within the  International Sales & Marketting processeses,
• Rapid Deplopment of best practices (system & process wise),
• Effective communication and collaboration with all business units  for cross functional processes,
• To evaluate of the improvement suggestions coming from fields, coordinating required units and taking action,
• To cooperate with the key users in locations on effective usage and globalization of determined processes,
• To ensure high quality documentation of processes,
• To function as a bridge between the business and IT for correct identification prioritization of requirements (changes/projects),
• Good collaboration with IT resulting in effective usage of resources,
• To consolidate training requirements for IT systems, plans training and development activities in coordination with IT department,
• To approve functional design documents prepared by IT for projects.
