What do I need in order to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field
* Expert knowledge in planning / scheduling and controlling methods
* Methods of scheduling (network planning, Milestone Trend Analysis, etc.)
* Methods of resource management
* Moderation, communication and presentation skills
* Analytical and system thinking and structured approach to the work and tasks
* Team player
* Self-initiative to independent work
* Good knowledge of English, German will be an asset
* Experienced user of Tools of MS Office
* Experience with Primavera EPPM P6, MS Project 2007 or later versions and SAP is a an advantage

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

For our Mobility Division, we are looking for a Project Scheduler to work on our ongoing rolling stock projects in Ankara. The main duty of this role will be creation of structures of project schedules covering the complete project scope.
What are my responsibilities?
* Creation of resource and project schedules in accordance with tender, bid and contractual documents
* Creation of capacity plans and bottleneck analysis
* Consolidation of detailed single schedules and creation of a master schedule
* Management and control of scheduled activities and tasks and their progress
* Co-operation with team members and line structures in order to harmonize and reconcile the schedules with all professional areas
* Implementation of risk management control tools and criteria in scheduling area. Early recognition of risks related to scheduled milestones and proposing mitigation measures
* Variance analysis of the scheduled dates compared to the project baseline(s)
* Analysis of the critical path of the whole project with regard to the tender and contract documents as well as supplier and sub-supplier schedules
* Management of interfaces in the schedule and interdependencies to other schedules or projects
* Creation of what-if scenarios and reports such as milestone trend analysis, customer progress reports, s-curves, etc.

* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement
