• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Experianced in a similar position for at least 8 years
• Excellent command of English (verbal&written)
• Good team player with outstanding stakeholder engagement & communication skills
• External focus, and active follow up of changing legislations impacting Business and ability to bring fully compliant solutions
• A problem solver with a very good analytical thinking skills to be able to deal with multiple projects 

İŞ TANIMI

•  Leads country finance teams for the integrity of Lcw’s statutory(external) & global(internal) financials, tax reporting & compliance with Lcw’s policies and local regulatory requirements.
•   Actively reviews, analyses, and manages the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with accounting and legal requirements (e.g, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Standards of Business Conduct (SBC), Accounting Financial Manual (AFM),Country specific understanding of accounting principles and standards is required.
• Taking active part in the development of finance processes and procedures, methods, information and systems as well as strategies and action plans in order to set & standardize each process globally and improve performance
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
• Supporting Finance Manager in providing analysis to management on Budget & Management Reporting
• Ensure that finance controls and procedures are correctly implemented 
• Supporting in organizing country level and project level meetings to review and discuss financial reports and proactively extending guidance and support on financial matters and implementing good financial management practices.
• Interact with all levels of the organization in their region – and across functions such as Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, Operation
• Ensuring all finance processes are robust and the control environment is strong to meet Accounting, Tax and Management Reporting requirements
•  Handling of full sets of accounts of the entity according to both local and IFRS : Payables, Receivables, Inventory, FA, Treasury, General ledger 
• Manage ad hoc assignments  and other administrative duties
•   Work with the country lead to leverage knowledge to deliver an effective, efficient and consistent finance services to the business
• Manages internal and external audit process
• Manages treasury policies and secures all cash related issues
• Manages human resources (hiring and firing processes) of the countries under responsibility.
• Applies direct Sitatituonal Leadership to all Country Finance Teams under his/her responsibllity
