QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support for Online Self Service and static content microsites
• Support for Monitoring tools such as zabbix and nagios.
• Level 3 Support for CRM escalated cases
The accountabilities of this role are:
•To give level 2 support for Online and Data Applications
•Give support in solution for customer tickets escalated from COPs obeying regulation SLAs.
•Working with VF Global Performance teams to optimize Online and Data Services iteratively.
•Operate Monitoring Systems (nagios, zabbix, etc), defining new monitor probes, coding scripts to integrate monitored system availability values with the PIWEB.
•Provide Online & Data Customer usage reports to the related business departments.
•Review SLA documents with vendor and monitor SLA obedience.
•Provide access tokens to the vendor support teams and monitor their operations on system

We are seeking a Online&Data Services Management Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Online&Data Services Management of Vodafone Turkey.The accountabilities of this role are:
•To give level 2 support for Online and Data Applications
•Give support in solution for customer tickets escalated from COPs obeying regulation SLAs.
