Production Engineer- Ankara

•University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

•Minimum two years of experience in similar positions

•Previous chemical/batch process experience a plus

•Ability to multi-task, organize/prioritize and handle competing deadlines

•Demonstrated leadership and process improvement skills

•Excellent command of English

•Practical experience with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

•SAP knowledge is preferable

•For male candidates, military service should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

•Leading a huge number of employees for production according to company standards and legal

requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost

•Monitoring and managing line planning and semi-finished good production

•Responsible to implement and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices

•Participation in cross functional innovation project teams to organize product trials

•Ensure work instructions are correct and enforced throughout the plant

•Create/maintain crewing and vacation schedules

•Create/update procedures and ensure personnel are properly trained

•Leading new equipment commissioning and start-up stages

•Leading Henkel Production System activities in production lines to improve performance with

Technical Performance Measures and involve in training activities of blue-collar workers

•Ensuring that all activities in the department are in line with Good Manufacturing Practices,Hygiene and work place safety requirements

•Supporting production related reporting

•Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and safety management systems (ISO 9001,14001, OHSAS 18001)
