• 3 years plus B2B marketing experience with identified track record in executing marketing programmes
• Experience of content marketing techniques
• Expertise in executing marketing tactics like events & exhibition, sales campaigns, internal and external communication rollout.
• Extensive experience in working in direct customer contact
• Understand the complexities involved in working in a matrix organisation and with various stakeholders within the organisation
• Strong experience in working with suppliers and agencies
• Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, excel, word etc)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills / savvy and culture awareness
• Track record of persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills internally and externally with key stakeholders in order to deliver customer centric marketing campaigns and solutions
• Previous supervisory management experience
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Confident – ability to formulate own opinion
• Self-starter
• Ability to retain professionalism and performance whilst working under pressure
• Excellent analytical and data analysis skills especially in relation to consumer insight/market intelligence

İŞ TANIMI

• Deliver & implement marketing plans and initiatives to position CHEP as an industry leader
• Build and maintain key market data and insights that enable development of the CE country strategy
• Develop and implement integrated communication campaigns to bring to life customer value propositions
• Execute  CE country specific marketing and communication activities
• Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience to drive profitable customer action
• Drive lead generation and lead management programs
• Ensure that marketing programmes and activities are executed ensuring brand compliance and also coordinated with global initiatives and programs
• Oversee in-country industry relations
• Drive  internal and external communications activities to defined stakeholders,
• Provide suitable and appropriate marketing materials to the New Business/Customer Service organisation to assist in their activities
• Manage Customer Loyalty Program (NPS) for Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria developing and implementing appropriate action plans to improve Customer Loyalty based on the analysis of results
• Support organising customer and employee events, fairs, and conferences
• Administration of budget & Supplier coordination
