Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce and market closure tapes, elastic ears & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, wet wipes, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.  

·         University degree from Engineering departments (preferably Industrial Engineering)
·         Minimum 2 years experience
·         Advanced level of English,
·         Knowledge about SPC (Statistical Process Control) Tools is preferable,
·         Knowledge about machinery and equipment capabilities,
·         Knowledge about Kaizen methodology,
·         Strong communication skills,
·         Effective time management skills,
·         Assertive, energetic, and a self-starter,
·         Result-oriented, competent in teamwork, analytic,
·         Enthusiasm to improve process, job and method analysis, process improvement and project management methodologies,
·         Knowledge on MS Office, preferably able to use MS Project,
·         Completion of military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Leading production safety, quality and cost improvement studies,
·         Leading Statistical Process Control activities and analysis,
·         Leading Process validation & verification activities,
·         Follow-up for machine & equipment capability studies,
·         Involvement in suggestion system and KAIZEN activities,
·         Drawing process maps in details,
·         Classification of processes, developing new process and methods if needed,
·         Continuosly following, measurement and analysis of process metrics to report,
·         Identification of potential process performance indicators,
·         Alignment of process metrics with corporate strategies,
·         Identification of critical success factors and define ways to catch,
·         Identification and reporting of potential improvement areas,
·         Definition of actions plans and close follow-up.
