QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TP Endüstriyel ve Ticari Lastikler A.Ş. is a high profile multinational group engaged in Tyres Sector. We are willing to work with a professional who wants to make a career in industrial process. That person will work in Industrial Engineering department. Location will be in Kocaeli.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing Area
  • Strong skills about analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Having knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  • No obstacles for international business travels
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates
  • Live/Willing to live in Izmit


İŞ TANIMI

That person will take following responsibilities;
 
  • Implement Lean Management projects in the concepts of Kaizen Projects, 5S, PDCA, 7 Types of Waste, SMED and Value Stream Mapping
  • Perform time studies and analysis to improve the existing system performances
  • Implement Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and follow-up of the machinery
  • Perform capacity and man-power analysis to achieve the targets of the factory
  • Promote and ensure the deployment of the actions set in the yearly Efficiency Action Plan, in agreement with the operative functions of the plant
  • Ensure the periodical KPI reporting towards local and central functions
  • Conduct Layout and machine re-location studies
  • Acknowledge the targets of Pirelli Manufacturing System (PMS) defined with the Central function and turn them into local projects
  • Coordinate the projects about the development of the PMS approach, assessing the advancements
  • Analyze the production process and find the reasons of complexity inside the process to increase efficiency
  • Cooperate with the related departments to ensure improvement projects to deal with complexity
