• 3-year specialized professional training in information technology
• Long years of (> 5 years) professional experience in system administration
• Subject-related additional professional training for Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• In-depth knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Client Management, including data backup and recovery
• Well-founded knowledge in user support, ideally also in standard business software (ERP)
  Experience in IT Project Management (Prince 2) and IT Service Management (ITIL) is desirable
   
  
   

İŞ TANIMI

• Interface function in cooperation with Group IT
• Operation, support and documentation of the local IT
• Implementation of IT standardization / participation in Roll Outs
• Troubleshooting in daily operation
• Ensuring local backup and restore
• Installation and administration of software - as far as this is not done by the group IT
• Collaboration in IT projects and IT-related departmental projects
• Checking IT and ERP requirements of the facility in terms of quality, feasibility and cost-effectiveness
• 2nd-level support and support for the IT Group Service Desk, which analyzes reported problems with the appropriate priority and systematically eliminates disruptions.
• Implementation of IT security measures, in coordination with IT Group
• Control of external IT service providers and IT suppliers for the facility
