BID & TENDER SENIOR SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer, telecom, IT or related industries
• Ability to travel as required both domestic and international (especially in Middle East Region)
• Having at least for 3 years experience on formal tender processes, biddings, application submissions, financial bond requirements
• Deep knowledge in Bid/Tender Method and Terms
• 5 years of business experience in IT /Aviation System companies is highly prefferred
• Excellent command of English Language in both written and spoken
• Having work experience in Middle East Region will be an advantage
• Advance skills on MS Office Tools
• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills to interact with vendors, colleagues and cross functional teams
• Time management skill is crucial
• Negotiation skill is an asset
• Master’s degree and/or PMP Certification will be an asset
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Plan, manage and control the full bid lifecycle
• Revise and prepare the scope of the contracts, inline with legal and technical departments
• Present TAV IT products and services infront of customers/partners
• Submission of application documents to the Tender Committees
• Analyze tender documents, evaluate the scope in accordance with the products/solutions of TAV IT
• Structure cost breakdown and manage submittal process for the relevant tender scope
• Extract and prepare list of deliverables from the tender documents
• Present the bid and tender process whenever requested
• Orchestrate and lead internal departments (finance, technical, legal, accounting, vendor relations, managerial etc.) throughout the tender submission process
• Consolidate and validate commercial/technical scope of different internal business divisions in-line with the company strategy while fulfilling customer needs and requirements
• Represent Bid Team infront of Tender Administration, Customers, Vendors and Partners
• Organise partner, administration and team meetings to ensure the coordination between cross-functional teams
• Raise flag for showstopper items in tender process
• Escalate issues to upper management whenever necessary
• Manage and highlight the risk factors, exclusions and assumptions
• Finalize the submittal documents flawlessly
• Follow up post tender process
• Leading negotiation and contract signature process for the awarded tenders
