Our client is one of the global medical device companies. For their future development plans, we are looking for a:

TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR


Candidates should be graduated from Engineering department preferably in Electronic or Biomedical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Service ideally in electronical medical device sector or Biomedical Department in hospitals is required. Effective communication and presentation skills in addition to analytical mindset will be important assets. Candidates with flexible, positive attitude and customer-oriented approach will be strongly preferred. Having no travel obstacle in Turkey or abroad and fluency in English and/or German is a must.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to General Manager of Turkey organisation, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing customer relations in terms of technical support;

• Collecting and reporting demands from the field to the technical service management team, finding appropriate solutions for customers;

• Making regular customer visits either in Turkey or abroad in order to identify needs and determine action plans;

• Supporting coordination in the field by working align with Technical Service team members;

• Developing quality of services to make sure customer satisfaction;

• Conducting trainings for the service team in necessary areas;

• Supporting sales team in terms of technical issues, installation and service plans;

• Following turn-key hospital projects closely and make installation/maintenance/ service plans;

• Enabling standardization of procedures to improve the effiency of technical service team.
