• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy , Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields from reputable universities,
• Masters degree and/or other professional degrees (e.g. CFA, SMM) strictly preferred,
• Min.10  years relevant experience,
• Advanced modeling and valuation skills backed by strong financial analysis capabilities,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
• Very strong interpersonal skills and management acumen, 
• Client focused, solution oriented and deal centric ensuring high quality service with a flawless work ethic, 
• Able to multi-task, self-driven with strong desire for taking initiative with a long term perspective of adding value to the team,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions and flexible working hours,
• The candidate will directly report to the Department Head. 

İŞ TANIMI

The successful candidate will work as a senior team member of the Corporate Finance Department and will primarily be responsible for origination and execution functions within the framework of investment banking activities predominantly in buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory, but also in Debt and Equity Offerings & Transactions, and Financial Consulting & Valuation Services. 

• Origination of new mandates and current and potential client relationship maintenance,
• Taking part in active and passive marketing efforts,
• Execution of mandates, assuming responsibility for quality of deliverables as well as effectiveness of processes,
• Direct involvement in the review and improvement of critical deliverables such as transaction documents and agreements,
• Direct responsibility in maximizing client interests, by actively partaking in project meetings and negotiations,
• Liaising with clients, counterparts, relevant institutions, and governmental bodies,
• Liaising and cooperating with intra-company departments to leverage investment banking functions, 
• Aiding in the design and development of new investment banking products and services,
• Supervising, training and directing team members to achieve P&L and other KPI goals - active P&L responsibility
• Actively taking part in furthering the goals of the Corporate Finance Department.
