KOTON

• Graduated from Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering departments of reputable universities,
• Minimum 4 years of experience on process analysis, process development or project management,
• Capable of designing new business processes with process management approach and eliminating non value added activities with lean approach,
• Preferably experienced on retail processes,
• Preferably having knowledge on projects portfolio management and PMI standard,
• Knowledge on Kaizen, lean tools, six sigma,
• Expertise on MS Office,
• Advanced level of English,
• Completion of military service for male candidates,
• No international travel restriction.

İŞ TANIMI

• Analysing international retail processes and constructing business process architecture,
• Makes country visits to see applications when necessary,
• Following up domestic retail process developments and making plans to deploy them to international    retail operations,
• Clarifying the opportunities for process improvement and converting them into improvement projects,
• Managing the business process improvement projects ,
• Controlling the implementation and deployment phases after each project,
• Searching for new methodologies of process management, lean management and project management.
