İŞ TANIMI

Operations Analyst will focus on the administration activities related to supply operations and he/she will support schedulers and supply coordinators through critical processes such as reconciliation, archive and invoice processing. The role will also cover all scheduling activities for LPG, Aviation and Biofuels for all modes of transports in consistence with local standards and  Shell requirements. He/She will be accountable from the execution of the plan made by supply coordinator and will ensure operational feasibility/continuity in the supply chain. This position is part of the Shell & Turcas JV Trading & Supply Team and  located in Turkey

Close liaison with Supply Coordinators and fuel terminals is required to ensure the supply chain is kept feasible in the most cost efficient way and all contractual and operational obligations arising from the contracts are carried out.  The incumbent will also be the first point of contact for all reconciliation, archive and invoice processes associated to whole product poırtfolio. By working as part of a team, the incumbent must: Execute supply plans made by supply coordinators scheduling & operating supplies, purchases and sales in coordination with STAS, JV and 3rd party terminals. Maintain Shell’s stock in the allocated locations within specified limits (target stocks) and contractual requirements, striving to minimise working capital & transport costs whilst meeting HSSE and legislative standards. Play an active part in the planning process, contributing with information and feedback about logistical constraints and opportunities Liaise with source refineries, terminals, exchange partners, terminals and multiple class of businesses to ensure replenishments are accomplished optimally when the need to react to both internal and external events occurs. Capture non-conformance, supply, quality and HSSE incidents. Authorise payment of invoices for the team Process requisitions in Hydrocarbon Management Systems Ensure nomination errors are cleared and processed within KPI time constraints To monitor and follow- up the gains and losses occuring in hydrocarbon movements. To support contract holders within the team in terms of, invoice control and contract administration. To resolve payment conflicts in a timely fashion with a zero overdue target & mindset. Act as a focal point to global hydrocarbon management and stock recording & valuation desks within the Team Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system and ISO27001 Information security management systems
