While you’ll be expected to drive your own development, you’ll receive unstinting support from your line manager throughout your time with us. They will work with you to set your objectives at the beginning of your tenure, monitor your progress and suggest improvements, as well as ensure you have the support and equipment you need to succeed.

Internship Duration
The Genius , Early Identification Programme runs from July to December for 6 months . During the summer you will be working five days a week from and from Mid-September through December on part time based on your schedule . ( at least 20hours per week ) .

Assessment Process of Applications
The applications submitted between the dates of 05th – 18th of March will be examined carefully by our Recruitment team.Selected candidates will be interviewed by the the panel represented by business leaders and HR .Selection process is concluded in the first week of May and the results will be communicated to the applicants by automated emails send by application tool.
Deadline for the application is 18 March 2015.

Minimum qualifications

Undergraduate students at 3rd (Junior ) or 04th degree in the following academic year (2015-2016) and maintaining student status throughout the internship.
Fluency in English
Committed to 6 months internship
