• University degree in Engineering,                       
• Completed military service,                                                                                      
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,                                                               
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar function,                              
• High level of people and contractor management,
• Having a PMP Certicate is an asset,                                                        
• Good knowledge of Auto-Cad and Revit & MS office softwares,
•  Drivers license,
• Experience in Industrial infra and super structure projects.

İŞ TANIMI

• Contractor and subcontractor management, supervising site activities and reporting, Quantity and Quality surveying,
• Monitoring site EHS and assist EHS team on sites,
• Completing preliminary designs, proposal data, and costs,
• Assisting in writing letters, memos, contracts, change orders, and other documents related to the projects,
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in law,
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects,
• Project management and supervision skills,
• Decision making ability and leadership skills,
• Time management and organization skills,
• Produce and track contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants,
• Collect and track RFI’ s and submittals and support standardization of technical specifications,
• Prepare and coordinate change orders and track them using a database. Assist with the preparation of project schedules,
• Provide technical and on-site support to reporting manager,
• Prepare bid documents and analyze proposals,
• Assist in preparation of construction drawings and other required documents.
