GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, or other Accounting/Finance related departments,
At least 4-5 year experience in accounting / reporting, preferably in multinational production companies
Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
Proficiency with MS Office
English knowledge
Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, CPA) is a plus
Competency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of accounting rules (both IFRS and local tax), regulations, policies and procedures that is reflective of the company
Analytical thinking, team work skills, self-motivated and well organized
Ability to meet deadlines
Open to change and willing to learn new skills

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Analyst with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Payables&Fixed Asset Accounting Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Accounting records as timely, accurate and complete relevant legislation and company procedures and ensure that, in accordance with the policy
Performing month-end closing activities
Preparing periodic period-end reports
Performing balance sheet reconciliations of the accounts under responsibility
Managing e-invoice processes
Perform daily accounting transactions (especially accounts payable and intercompany)
Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation with the other group companies
Controlling accuracy of the transactions, accounting system
Providing support to other issues related to accounting during the month-end/year-end closing
Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders as support of business teams
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department
