- Experience in Marketing for 6-7 years is must
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus

We are seeking a Postpaid Marketing Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Marketing Senior Manager-Postpaid Segment of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
- Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
- Develop and execute postpaid segment net growth and acquisition strategies/plans
- Construct business cases and recommendations of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization
- Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights
- Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives
