QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Digital Transformation Office Division Manager, we're seeking a Digital Customer Champion who will be a representative for customer oriented projects of Digital Transformation Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (MBA is an asset)
  • Excellent English both spoken and written,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • At least 5 years of experience (digital strategy experience is an asset)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication skills,
  • Experience with transformation programs, especially in customer & business unit oriented areas,
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Eager to work in a fast changing - dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in mobile application development & UX design
 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Defines a multi-channel vision to engage agencies, customers & employees,
  • Acts as s digital accelerator in the enterprise for success of the transformation program: managing communication, supporting & coordinating cross functional project teams on digitalization related topics,
  • Helps business units (cross functional teams) on setting the KPIs and other business measures to evaluate the success of the related digitalization project,
  • Follows up technological trends & keeps the strategy fresh by staying up to date with latest innovations, changes in competition and shifts in the market,
  • Maintains focus on and commitment to executing the digital strategy for multiple years,
  • Coordinates UX Design in digital projects,
  • Challenges customer centricity in projects & processes from a customer perspective.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
