QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'SERVICE ENGINEER' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Low Voltage Products in Dudullu location with below qualifications;
· University Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering,
· Good command of written and spoken English. (Spoken English is essential for the role.)
· Knowledge in MS Office programs,
· Minimum 3 years of experience in service business,
· Experience in LV projects and LV equipments,
· Team player, technical-oriented, analytical, effective communicator, customer-oriented,
· Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills,
· Completed military service for male applicants,
· Having a valid driving license,
· Experience with ABB Low Voltage Products, Circuit Breakers, Softstarters and Drives,
· Ability to travel frequently domestic and abroad.
· Carry out project design work for Low Voltage Systems,
· Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
· Apply service and business plan arranged by Service Manager,
· Perform site works following service plan according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standarts,
· Perform trainings of customer at site and at ABB facilities,
· Prepare service reports and records necessary for the quality of service including Root Cause Analysis,
· Prepare tools and equipments related to the jobs on the to-do list,
· Provide maintenance of service tools and keep test tools in working condition.
