What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelors’ degree in engineering/business administration/economics or other related field.
* At least 5 year experience in a similar role.
* Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technology, trends & sophisticated analytics.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital campaigns.
* Must have experience selling and managing online marketplaces – like Hepsiburada, Gittigidiyor, N11..
* Active on social media.
* Ability to understand marketing data and summarize in meaningful way for business goals.
* In-depth understanding of the online space.
* Experience in channel management (an asset).
* Google Adwords and affiliate network experience (an asset).
* Blogger (an asset).

For our RC-TR EM Product Sales group in Kartal we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who will be reporting to the Head of RC-TR EM Product Sales Organization.
The role is working internally with RC-TR EM Business Units, Key Experts in the company, Managers and Consultants at Siemens Headquarters and externally with E-Commerce Market Places, Web-Designers, E-Commerce Consultants, Product Sales Customers, Market Research Companies, E-Platforms, Digital Marketing Companies, Universities and Trade Unions.The role is working internally with RC-TR EM Business Units, Key Experts in the company, Managers and Consultants at Siemens Headquarters and externally with E-Commerce Market Places, Web-Designers, E-Commerce Consultants, Product Sales Customers, Market Research Companies, E-Platforms, Digital Marketing Companies, Universities and Trade Unions.
What are my responsibilities?
* Create E-commerce strategy for E-Trade compatible products from Energy Management Division.
* Set- Up new e-commerce channels.
* Build / enhance necessary infrastructure to serve e-commerce customers (Logistics, Call-Center, Invoicing, Payment..).
* Ensure that websites are being constantly monitored, maintained and optimized.
* Build, update and communicate the promotional calendar for product sales in own B2B and B2C site as well as market places and related online properties.
* Research, analyze and report on competition’s e-marketing activities in the affiliate, paid search and display advertising channels and make recommendations based on industry best practices.
* Build new partnerships and continuously create opportunities for new initiatives and partnerships.
* Ensure that all external partners (agencies, affiliates, etc.) have all assets for campaigns in a timely manner (i.e. coupon codes, banners, loyalty club, landing page links etc.).
* Identify e-business trends in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly results and providing analysis and recommendations for improvements.
* Work closely with internal & external teams to develop high yield marketing strategies.
* Work in collaboration with regional sales, digital marketing and partner management teams.
* Perform internet searches on key words related to EM products and make necessary SEO (Search Engine Optimization) work.
* Work towards sales and revenue targets as set for the e-commerce channel by the Management.
