QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree
  • Sales experience (minimum 4 years )
  • Experience in Telecommunication or Key Account sales
  • Good command of English
  • Good interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Financial awareness
  • Project management and business modelling skills
     


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Large Accounts Sales Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Senior Sales Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
 
• Apply our sales and marketing strategies within the assigned accounts to ensure that targets are achieved
• Direct sales executive will be responsible for both retention and acquisition activities for customers.
• Ensure that the assigned accounts are fully utilized in terms of VF products and services
• Take appropriate actions to ensure that our customer base is effectively served with Ready Approach
• Evaluate and maximize deal profitability using tools provided by the company
• Lead cross functional teaming initiatives to improve sales process and customer satisfaction
• Establish business plans per customer and ensure company resources (budgets etc.)  are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results
• Ensure our sales and marketing strategies are applied by inline with policies and procedures
• Serve current customer with Ready approach via solutions and fixed products
• Contract assigned accounts to increase subscriber life cycle within Vodafone
• Develop Vodafone business within current customers so that VTAS & VAT revenues are increased.
• Establish customer information inline with Vodafone requirements  and keep it up to date
• Establish effective relations with the accounts
• Respond to the customer needs within agreed time intervals
• Provide superior service to customers so that VDF subscribers can advocate VDF brand/products the market
• Manage relations with non VDF users in order to increase consideration of VDF products/brand usage
 

Preferred Candidate

More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
