GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

- University degree in Computer Science, Computer, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or in a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Mediation domain
- Strong experience with coding standards and guidelines, project practices, tool selection
- Strong experience with software development technologies, design and architectures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to streamline production processes, prioritise tasks and report back on status of on-going production activities.
- Ability to give correction and direction to development team
- Eager to take initiative and responsibility to achieve results
- Strong knowledge of Mediation (Comptel Eventlink is a plus) and Interconnection systems
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Assurance Systems (WeDo Raid, cVidya)
- Good understanding of Telecommunications Networks
- Good knowledge of GSM, GPRS network architecture and elements such as MSC, HLR, DCCA, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC, MMSC, IMS
- Knowledge of UML, Application Modelling, Database Modelling Concept & Tools
- Expertise on the following technologies:
-Language
*C/C++, Pro*C, Perl
*Java
*Multithreading, concurrency, RMI, JDBC, distributed transactions
*System level programming (like TCP, UDP, socket)
*Web Services
-Database
*PL-SQL, Debugging, Monitoring

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Mediation Solutions Expert with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Mediation Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Accountable of products and services in Mediation and Revenue Assurance Domain that can be designed and developed internally and also jointly with service providers, vendors and 3rd parties.
- Build, lead and manage feasibility, design and software development life cycle phases including 3rd party and vendor activities to deliver end to end solution design, technical requirements and solution itself with effective management of processes and in line within agreed budgets, quality, performance and timescale.
- Lead and manage Mediation domain products and services life cycle, determining future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements.
- Execute RFQ/RFIs when it’s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and/or services
- Ensure solutions are developed in line with Vodafone Group and TR technology strategies and roadmaps,
- Maintain product roadmap and design new products or services in accordance with business requirements, market needs and trends, changing standards& technologies and other technical and commercial requirements
- Prepare and present solution for Enterprise Architecture Design Authority (DA), manage resource estimation feedbacks from IT transformation SI, MSP, other 3rd parties and vendors.
- Deliver end to end detailed technical analysis against business requirements based on solution design defined during technical feasibility phase,
- Handshake with stakeholders on scope, deliverables and technical analysis phase timelines,
- Provide resource estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and propose alternative solutions if high level requirements are changed when it’s detailed
- Communicateswith cross-functional teams involved in whole software development lifecycle. Leads temporary project based teams with no administrative responsibility. Taskmanagement of project teams. Supervise solution/implementation of other developers.
- Playkey role in research and development activities leading to new product and services and shaping the architecture of existing products.
- Deliver companywide Technical Solution Design based on high level business requirements
- Ensure that department’s KPIs are fulfilled
- Manage project development risks. If necessary, escalate the risk to the related parties
- Maintain and sustain business relationships with internal/external customers and drive high levels of customer satisfaction
