  • Min 5 years professional experience
  • Bachelor Degree in business, master degree is a plus
  • Telecommunications, content industry and overall technology know-how
  • Strong Product Management know-how
  • Strong Marketing  know-how
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
  • Excellent telecommunications industry knowledge and experience
  • Excellent knowledge of content industry and consumer behaviour
  • Strong Partner Eco-System management experience
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
  • Excellent presentation & communication skill
  • Good knowledge of new trends, innovation paths 


İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Consumer Content Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Consumer Content&Communication Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and management of content services including partner management
  • Provide  recommendations for new solutions through market analysis, working closely with other internal departments, evaluating group and world best practices and own personal experience
  • Identify the best product portfolio for new content, service  bundle options and roll out strategies for consumer content based on different segmentation
  • Present overall business strategy, results and actions to management
  • Be a customer champion to make sure superior customer experience is provided through content services
  • Lead end-to-end product management activities and timely delivery of products
  • Own the content product roadmap aligning this with technology roadmaps and company plans
  • Work collaboratively with multiple marketing segment teams to prepare go-to-market plans by ensuring channel readiness / support for new and existing content products
  • Drive execution of service development activities  across multiple organizations  to ensure fast and efficient execution of responsible products
  • Continuously improve portfolio performance through reducing customer support needs and proactively managing customer issues
  • Be the champion of Consumer Services and content team within internal and external teams
  • Constantly look for new marketing, cross functional and bundle product ideas for all content services
  • Own yearly financial performance (full P&L ) of ensure all financial KPIs are met and exceeded regularly
  • Constantly look for new, partnerships and business models to increase overall business  performance and profitability for responsible product family
  • Manage effective portfolio pricing for all products with optimal penetration and high profitability
  • Constantly take actions to drive margin improvements through product efficiency
  • Own traditional content services targets with partners to ensure VF TR realizes its ambitious plans for short-mid and long term.
  • Enhance existing partner management eco-system with strong, effective partners to increase   service performance
  • Regularly track financial performance of content partners to ensure timely actions are taken for planned financial objectives
  • Constantly look for new product/business model ideas through partners, to increase  performance
  • Manage partner management platform to make sure easy, efficient and fast content services can be delivered to customers based on segmentation
