QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success and alsı young leadership skills to manage our Finance and Administration team.
· Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in economics, business administration, finance-accounting or relevant fields, Master Degree would be an advantage
· At least 10 years of total experience
· Experience and ability to manage and develope budgeting, reporting, cash flowing, accounting, cost accounting processes, basics and details of day to day financial operations
· Good level ERP knowledge
· Should be familiar to human resources management and information technologies systems
· Strong planning and organizational skill
· Having an analytical intelligence, detail orientated
· Good team player and able to work collaboratively with sales, operations and coordinating relationship with the key decision makers in sales processes
İŞ TANIMI
Developing a vision and a plan for the effective management of the accounting and financial reporting function
· Responsible for the organization’s overall financial plans and policies along with its accounting practices and the management of effective relationships with financial institutions and management of cash flow including banking relationships,optimizing the cash position, develop cash flow forecasting with sales teams and regional managers
· Providing recommendations for financial improvements across all the companies’ departments (HR, IT, Operations and Sales)
· Leading the development of department policies and procedures to govern financial decision-making including budgets, expense management, and capital spending to ensure the achievement of expense management and revenue objectives
· Assisting in the training of the departments managed by this position
· Ability to read,write and analyze and interpret complex instructions, correspondence, legal documents,financial reports and/or technical documents
· Purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
